The Anchor Fitness Boot Camp is an ongoing indoor/outdoor program that offers
world-class fitness instruction & motivational tools designed for individuals of all
abilities.

Packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your
fitness goals fast. This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop
muscular strength and endurance. We’ll tackle military basic training and
resistance training exercises using traditional and strategic principles.
These workouts challenge every major muscle using a variety of equipment.
You will find yourself getting into extraordinaire shape, pushing yourselves and
running faster and further then you’ve done in years.
